Beverly Cleary
Executive Vice-President

Beverly defines the terms warm, friendly and customer-service minded. She began her career in the coffee industry in the late 70's by working in the family business. In 1988, the family sold the business to SunBelt, and Beverly and Mike (her husband) stayed on as route drivers. Destine to be an entrepreneur; she left the company to form Beverly's Coffee Service. She merged her company with Coffee Perks in 2003. Most of her customers have been with her for years and value her outgoing personality and commitment to outstanding service. Her extraordinary customer service standards have won her the recognition by "Women Business Owners of North Florida" as the "Distinguished Member Service Award." She is the only woman business owner to win the award twice! Beverly's expertise lies in new account development, route sales and service, and distribution. She has over 25 years of industry knowledge and experience.

 

Christian Hosking
Executive Vice-President

Christian exemplifies the qualities of a successful entrepreneur. He has exceeded our corporate goals and sets an example for the entire organization. He is highly motivated, energetic, competitive by nature, and searches for new ideas and innovation to improve our organization. He has earned his stripes in the coffee, water and vending business through years of hands-on experience. “The break-room business is in my blood. I’ve learned it from the inside-out by working in every facet of the business, from managing the warehouse, generating sales to operating the entire business” said Hosking. Hosking has earned his Quality Coffee and Supervisor Development Certification through N.A.M.A., National Automatic Merchandising Association. He is an emerging leader in the Break room refreshment service industry.

Michelle "Shelley" Brown
Executive Assistant and Office Manager

Shelley’s warm smile and friendly personality keeps the Coffee Perks team Perking!
She has over 10 years of office and executive management which keeps the operation moving smoothly. In a fast paced environment, Shelley’s organization skills provide efficiency and excellence in terms of customer service. She is able to keep executives, managers, customer service reps, and office staff on track; resulting in the best possible product for our customers…reliable and dependable customer service. She oversees and coordinates installations of new accounts, maintenance of existing accounts, sales, marketing, finance and more. Shelley has successfully completed the National Supervisor Development program.
She is the “froth on our cappuccino!”

 

Emma Guiliano
Corporate Accounting and Finance

Emma represents 25 years of coporate account and finance experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting from the College of Staten Island in New York. Her expertise includes P&L preparation and management, cash flow and profitability analysis, budget and forecasting, capital assessments, accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales tax reporting, and excellent computer science and information technology skills. Her no-nonsense approach to accounting and finance is practical and ensures accuracy. She provides training and assistance in accounting, bookkeeping and computer information systems.

 

David Sellers
Warehouse Operations

David oversees the “hub” of the Coffee Perks operations. All product and merchandise received in and shipped out of the warehouse is controlled by David’s department. He insures that Coffee Perks customers receive only the best quality and freshest products available in the market place. His extensive knowledge of inventory and audit procedures governs the Coffee Perks team operating at the most efficient levels possible. Additionally, David instructs all Corporate Safety Training and boasts one of the lowest employee injury records for the operation.

 

Bryon Barber
Customer Service & Route Development

Bryon knows that "service" is crucial to winning new customers and retaining existing ones. Customer Service is the nerve center of our operation. He understands the broad scope of responsibilities involved in customer service and account development. Distribution of products, routing of clients, delivery and maintenance are key elements in excellent customer service. Bryon has 15 years of customer service and management experience, exemplifying our corporate dedication to excellent service. He provides training and assistance in customer service techniques, account development and maintenance, and routing procedures Byron has been nationally certified and trained in all aspects of our industry.
