scored and tabulated. Our customers tell us that we just keep
getting better. In 1999, our customer service score was ranked 3.67
on a scale of 1-4, with 4 being the best. But we didn't settle for that,
we continued to strive for improvement...
Today, Our Customers Now Rank Customer Service 3.8 out of 4!!!
